Hi, I'm Sigrun and I’ve been a turnaround CEO multiple times… But I discovered this superpower by accident.

 

In 2004 I found out that the company I took over as CEO, had been losing money for 7 years. Back then I had no business background and no business education but intuitively I knew what to do. Within 11 months I had turned the company around and then grew the company’s revenue 40% year over year with a 20% profit margin.

Turns out that one of my superpowers is crisis management and by accident I became a successful turnaround CEO.
